PipeWorks successfully completed a 900mm diameter, 306m long and 19.5mm thick CIPP liner into the Remuera #1 Wastewater pipeline for Watercare Services Limited, in April 2009. The impressive temporary wastewater bypass pipeline was installed prior to the lining operation and the temporary pumps installed were able to cope with a bypass rate of 216m³/s. During a rainstorm just prior to the installation the temporary system was tested almost to the limit, but it coped well with the load.
